I had a challenge with my heart rate, and my breathing was abnormal. I could not walk a 50-meter distance without needing to rest to recover, before I could continue. This issue had been occurring for two months. I thank God that as I participated in the prayer and fasting, I was being daily strengthened. My heart rate and breathing is normal. Today I can walk a full kilometer and even more without pausing once, feeling fresh, and with renewed vitality.

I have also been hearing the voice of God more clearly, because of the fast and one night, while I was resting, the Lord told me that my youngest sister had received the ability to speak in other tongues. In the morning, when she woke up I asked her if she wanted to speak in other tongues and she told me of course. She had never spoken in other tongues before but as I held her hands, she was instantly filled with the Holy Ghost and began to speak in other tongues. Prayer was previously a burden to her but now she enjoys praying and can even pray for more than two hours. She even reminds me sometimes when it is prayer time.
