Apostle Geoffrey Okeny
Philippians 2:13 (KJV) “For it is God who works in you both to will and to do of His good pleasure.”
One of the greatest truths every believer must learn is how to live from the inside out. Many Christians are more conscious of their external world;their feelings, circumstances, and the opinions of people, than they are of the divine life and power that works within them. Yet, true transformation begins from the inside.
When you received Jesus, something powerful happened inside you. God came to make His home in your spirit. The life you now live is not the ordinary human life; it’s the God life. You are no longer a mere man or woman; you are a partaker of the divine nature, an associate of the God kind!
Paul reminds us, “It is God who works in you.” God is not working on you from the outside; He is working in you from within. The power that created the universe now dwells in your spirit! This is why Jesus could say, “The Father that dwells in Me, He does the works” (John 14:10). He was conscious of the Father’s indwelling presence, and that’s what made His life supernatural. You too must train yourself to be inside minded; to think, speak, and act from your divine nature.
When you face pressure, don’t respond as a natural man would. Instead, remind yourself, “The God who works in me cannot fail. Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world.”
Being inside minded changes your perspective. You no longer see yourself as one trying to make things happen; you recognize that God is already at work in you, giving you the desire, the ability, and the power to fulfill His good pleasure. You become bold in prayer, calm in challenges, and confident in life.
CONFESSION
“I am inside minded, conscious of God’s divine life and power within me. The God who works in me cannot fail. Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world. I recognize Your work in me, giving me desire, ability, and power to fulfill Your good pleasure. Thank You for Your indwelling presence that makes my life supernatural in Jesus name, Amen
